About these results: Confirmed and Likely Correct mean a strong matching record was found. Needs Review means a possible match was found but couldn't be confirmed with confidence. Not Found means no reasonable match was found in either database — this can mean the reference doesn't exist as described, or simply that it isn't well indexed. DOI Mismatch means the title/authors matched a record, but under a different DOI than the one you provided. Always review flagged references yourself before treating this as final.
