What was your exact role versus your co-authors' or lab-mates'?
Be precise and honest — admissions committees read this as a test of intellectual honesty as much as a status check, since exaggerating a shared contribution is easy to catch in a follow-up question.
What's a limitation of your past project you'd want to fix?
Choose a real methodological or scope limitation, not a superficial one, and explain what a better version of the study would look like — this signals you understand your own work critically, which is exactly what PhD-level research requires.

What draws you to this PI's research program?
Identify the specific question or open problem in their work that genuinely interests you, and be ready to discuss it in some depth — a superficial answer here is one of the fastest ways to lose credibility in an admission interview.
